Bags can currently only be rented for 30 days. An extension of 30 days is always possible. You can rent the bag for as long as you like. If you would like a different rental period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The rental period starts on the day you receive the bag. When ordering, you can select a desired delivery date. If no information is given, the bag will be sent immediately.
All our packages are registered with Swiss Post and sent with A Mail. If you order by 2 p.m., you will receive your package on the next working day. Renting is currently not offered outside of Switzerland.

Yes. As soon as the bag has been dispatched from us, you will receive a confirmation email, which also contains a tracking number.
In order to be able to use the full duration, you only have to send the bag back the next day. An example:
You will receive the bag on January 1st, 2022 with a rental period of 30 days. You must therefore bring the bag to the post office by January 31, 2022 at the latest
If you return the bag too late, the rental period will be automatically extended by 30 days and the corresponding amount will be debited from your credit card.
The return is included in the price. Please use the Swiss Post shipping label that is included in the package.
No, the rental price or the rental period cannot be reduced retrospectively.
You are fully liable for the entire sales value of the bag. At most, a claim can be asserted against your liability insurance.
In this case we will assess the damage. Normal signs of wear and tear are included in the rent. If we come to the conclusion that the damage is of a more extensive nature, we will have the damage assessed by a third party and an offer prepared. You will be billed for this repair. If the damage can no longer be repaired, you will be charged for the reduction in value.
